A zabuton traditionally is used under a zafu cushion to provide comfort and support when practicing sitting meditation. Zabutons are stuffed with kapok, an all-natural, sustainable fiber.
Our zabutons are unique; they come with a zippered muslin liner at no additional charge. This allows neat and easy access for adding or removing the kapok stuffing. And, when the zabuton’s outer cover needs washing, simply pull the zippered muslin liner out and wash the cover!
