Return Policy
We accept returns mailed 14 calendar days of date we shipped to you. If for any reason you are not happy with your cushion, please follow these steps for an easy return.

1.  Please keep cushion or item in its original condition!

2.  Either call 303-444-1327 or e-mail returns@zafudesigns.com to let us know you want to return an item. Next make out a shipping label as follows:

3.  If you want to return an item for exchange, please specify.

4.  Refunds will be made for the cost of the item; you are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns & exchanges.

5.  Refunds will be credited to the credit card that purchased the item. Once we receive the return, we will issue the credit.

6.  All kapok & buckwheat hull sales are final.
