Here I am, present, balanced and happy!

A little over four years ago, I was truly aching for a change and through some soul searching discovered meditation once again: many years prior I used to run long distances and before every race I'd sit quietly with myself. I didn't realize it at the time but it was truly my first experience with 'intentional sitting'.

I look forward to my daily meditation, it's my way honoring every new day. I sit Burmese style for twenty to thirty minutes on a zafu/ zabuton set. The zafu keeps my spine upright and aligned, allowing maximum energy flow between my brain and the rest of my body. The zabuton keeps my ankles comfortably supported. This nurtures my metaphysical being and when I follow my breath from inhalation to exhalation, the sky's the limit.

I have become so passionate about meditation I started this company with the belief that, "inner peace is the first step to

world peace". I am totally committed to facilitating, educating and promoting meditation, and to manufacturing quality Meditation Gear.

All our meditation cushions are made right here in Boulder, Colorado, to ensure the highest ethical labor standards and quality control. We use sustainable materials whenever possible and run our company with a conscious green thumb. For us, Boulder is our home in geography and in spirit: We nurture the strong sense of community here by contributing one percent of sales to local charities.
